How can
Next Chapter
help you?

If you’re experiencing peri- or post-menopause symptoms and want to learn more about what is happening to your body, schedule a consultation. Together, we can explore options for treatment.

  • You might be a candidate for menopausal hormone therapy (e.g., estrogen, progesterone, testosterone). We can advise you in this area, prescribe an effective option for you, and monitor your condition as you adjust to the medication.

  • If there are reasons why hormone therapy isn’t the best choice, there are many other options to help manage symptoms, including medications or other forms of therapy.

As a certified menopause provider, Dr. Middleton will work with your general practitioner, gynecologist, and other members of your healthcare team to ensure you’re on the proper course for care. It is important that you continue to see your other providers on a regular basis for routine care and health maintenance.

This first step in your experience as a patient will include:

  • An in-depth review of your medical history, based on information you’ve submitted prior to your first visit

  • A one-hour consultation, which could include a targeted review of your history, a discussion of your symptoms and goals of treatment, and patient education

  • The ordering/reviewing of labs and other studies, when indicated

  • Communication with other healthcare providers, when indicated

Initial visit ($350)

These visits, which could last up to 30 minutes, may include:

  • An appointment where we review lab/study results together, discuss treatment options and assess your responses to treatments

  • The continued re-evaluation of your goals and ways to achieve them

  • Ongoing discussions with other healthcare providers, when indicated

Follow-up visits ($200)
